If a user uses NediQR on behalf of a business, organization, client, or other legal entity, the user confirms that they are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.
NediQR may restrict access to services where acceptance of required legal terms, policies, or consents is incomplete.
4. Eligibility
NediQR is intended for lawful use by individuals, businesses, professionals, organizations, and authorized representatives who can enter into binding terms under applicable law.
Users must provide accurate information during signup, account update, checkout, support, contact, enterprise query, and abuse report flows.
Users must not create accounts or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
5. Account Registration and User Information
Users may be required to create an account to access customer dashboard features, create dynamic QR codes, manage projects, use subscriptions, view analytics, and access billing records.
Users must keep their account information accurate and updated, including name, email address, mobile number where applicable, country, state where applicable, billing details where enabled, and timezone settings.
The country selected during signup is treated as a permanent account attribute and may be used for signup logic, verification logic, compliance handling, and platform rules.
Users are responsible for all activity performed through their account, including QR creation, QR edits, file uploads, support requests, plan purchases, and account setting changes.
6. OTP, Login, and Session Security
NediQR uses OTP-based signup, login, and verification flows. Users must not share OTPs, session access, account access, or verification codes with unauthorized persons.
Indian users may use mobile and email-based OTP flows as supported by NediQR, while non-Indian users may use email-based OTP flows as applicable.
NediQR may apply resend limits, attempt limits, temporary blocks, inactivity timeout, browser-close logout, fraud checks, and other security controls to protect accounts and platform integrity.
Users must immediately contact NediQR if they suspect unauthorized account access, OTP misuse, or account compromise.

8. Dynamic QR Codes
NediQR supports dynamic QR codes only. Dynamic QR codes depend on NediQR platform redirection, hosted pages, subscription status, QR status, plan rules, and platform availability.
Users are responsible for ensuring that QR destinations, uploaded files, profile details, links, phone numbers, WhatsApp links, review links, WiFi information, and other QR content are accurate, lawful, safe, and suitable for publication.
NediQR may show unavailable pages for QR codes that are expired, paused, blocked, scheduled inactive, deleted during the recovery window, or otherwise restricted by platform rules.
NediQR does not guarantee that printed QR codes, shared QR images, or short links will remain active if the user’s subscription expires, the QR is deleted, the QR is blocked, payment fails, or the user violates these terms.
9. User Content and Responsibility
Users retain responsibility for all content they create, upload, publish, link, display, or distribute using NediQR.
User content may include URLs, files, images, documents, videos, audio files, business card details, contact details, profile information, descriptions, CTA links, review links, WhatsApp links, phone numbers, QR names, project names, and support attachments.
Users confirm that they have all necessary rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and legal basis to upload, publish, share, or process any content or personal data through NediQR.
NediQR does not generally pre-screen every QR destination, hosted QR page, uploaded file, or user-submitted content before publication, but may review or act on content for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform safety, or policy enforcement.
10. Acceptable Use Rules
Users must use NediQR only for lawful, safe, honest, and responsible purposes.
- Users must not use NediQR for phishing, fraud, scams, impersonation, malware, unsafe files, illegal content, misleading content, or unauthorized data collection.
- Users must not upload or link to executable threats, harmful scripts, malicious files, deceptive landing pages, or content designed to compromise users or systems.
- Users must not infringe intellectual property, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or legal rights of others.
- Users must not use QR codes to mislead scanners about the destination, owner, file, service, offer, identity, or intent of the QR code.
- Users must not attempt to bypass plan limits, storage limits, edit limits, scan limits, payment controls, abuse controls, or security restrictions.
- Users must not interfere with NediQR infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private areas, overload services, or misuse APIs or internal routes.
Detailed misuse rules are provided in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
11. File QR and Storage
File QR services allow users to upload supported files subject to plan limits, file type rules, file size rules, security checks, and storage availability.
Users must ensure that uploaded files are lawful, safe, accurate, non-malicious, non-infringing, and suitable for access by intended scanners.
NediQR may validate file extension, MIME type, file size, SVG content, risky patterns, and other technical indicators before accepting or serving uploaded files.
If a File QR is deleted, the QR and file landing page become unavailable to customers and scanners immediately, while the underlying file may remain internally reserved during the 48-hour recovery window before permanent purge.
Only File QR uploads count toward plan storage unless otherwise stated. Logo uploads, styling images, and artwork used only for QR styling may follow separate platform rules.
12. Plans, Subscriptions, and Feature Access
NediQR may offer Free Trial, Starter, Basic, Growth, Business, Lite 10-Year, Enterprise, and other approved plan structures as displayed on the Pricing page or checkout flow.
Plan benefits, QR limits, edit limits, storage limits, file size limits, analytics access, branding controls, bulk upload eligibility, support levels, and validity rules depend on the selected plan.
Feature availability may change based on account status, subscription status, payment status, QR status, entitlement type, plan downgrade restrictions, or platform policy enforcement.
Expired paid users may receive read-only access to permitted records and may be restricted from creating, editing, activating, or managing QR codes until renewal or payment completion.
NediQR may show locked features with upgrade prompts where a feature is available only on a higher plan.
13. Payments, Billing, and Invoices
Paid plans, renewals, upgrades, Lite 10-Year purchases, and other paid services may be processed through approved payment providers such as Razorpay or other supported providers.
Payment states may include success, failed, pending, refunded where applicable, or other transaction statuses shown by the platform or payment provider.
Subscription access, QR activation, upgrades, renewals, Lite entitlements, and invoice generation may depend on successful payment confirmation.
Users are responsible for reviewing plan details, billing cycle, amount, validity, renewal behavior, and applicable terms before making payment.
Invoices may be generated electronically and may include plan name, billing cycle, billing period, amount, payment status, invoice date, and other relevant billing information.
Refund eligibility, non-refundable cases, failed payment handling, duplicate payment handling, and cancellation-related rules are governed by the Refund Policy.
14. Lite 10-Year QR Rules
Lite 10-Year is a one-time purchase entitlement for one QR code per purchase, subject to the displayed purchase limit, storage limit, file size limit, revision rule, validity, and platform rules.
A Lite 10-Year slot may be unused, active, expired, or deleted / consumed depending on purchase status, QR assignment, QR deletion, restoration, validity, and renewal behavior.
If a Lite QR is deleted by the customer, it becomes hidden from the customer portal immediately and may remain internally recoverable for 48 hours through support verification.
If a deleted Lite QR is not restored within the 48-hour recovery window, the Lite slot may become deleted / consumed and may still count toward the maximum purchase limit.
After Lite expiry, scanners may see an unavailable QR message until the Lite QR is renewed where renewal is available.
15. QR Deletion, Recovery, and Permanent Purge
When a customer deletes a QR code, the QR is removed from the customer portal immediately and is not available for customer editing, downloading, printing, reporting, or analytics access during the recovery window.
Deleted QR codes may remain internally recoverable for 48 hours only for support-based restoration by authorized Admin or Sub Admin users, subject to ownership verification, eligibility, and restore reason.
Customers cannot self-restore deleted QR codes and must contact support within the 48-hour recovery window if restoration is requested.
After the 48-hour recovery window expires, the QR may be permanently purged and cannot be restored. QR Code IDs and short redirect codes are retired and are not reused.
Permanent purge may delete QR content, files, detailed analytics logs, and customer-facing report access, while minimal internal audit metadata may be retained where required for support, audit, security, or compliance purposes.
16. Analytics, Reports, and Scan Data
NediQR may provide scan counts, unique scans, device insights, browser insights, operating system insights, city or country insights, time-of-day insights, unavailable scan counts, CSV reports, PDF reports, and other analytics based on plan eligibility.
Analytics accuracy may be affected by network behavior, browser restrictions, privacy tools, device settings, bot traffic, VPN usage, scanner behavior, third-party limitations, data retention rules, and technical availability.
Analytics access may be restricted for Free Trial, Starter, expired, inactive, deleted, blocked, or purged QR codes according to platform rules and plan rules.
NediQR may delete or aggregate analytics data according to retention rules, plan status, subscription inactivity, QR deletion, permanent purge, or legal requirements.
17. Support, Contact, and Enterprise Workflows
NediQR support, public contact, enterprise queries, and abuse report workflows may create internal records and send email communications to support channels for operational handling.
Support communication may happen by email, and users must provide accurate contact details to receive responses.
NediQR may not provide in-app reply threads for all support workflows unless specifically introduced later.
Support requests involving QR restoration may require user identity verification, account ownership verification, QR Code ID verification, and recovery window eligibility checks.
18. Abuse Reports, Review, Blocking, and Enforcement
NediQR may provide report abuse links on QR-related pages such as File QR landing pages, hosted profile pages, unavailable QR pages, or other platform-hosted QR pages.
NediQR may review reported QR codes, uploaded files, hosted content, destinations, user accounts, scan behavior, support records, or related metadata to assess policy, legal, privacy, security, or abuse concerns.
NediQR may pause, block, restrict, remove, disable, or permanently purge QR codes or content where necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, security review, or abuse prevention.
QR owners may receive generic block or restriction notices where appropriate, but NediQR may limit details where disclosure could affect security, investigation, legal compliance, or user safety.
19. Service Availability and Changes
NediQR aims to provide reliable access to the platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, always-available, or delay-free service.
Service may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, payment provider issues, SMS provider issues, email provider issues, browser behavior, third-party downtime, security events, or force majeure events.
NediQR may update, improve, modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue platform features, layouts, workflows, providers, plans, or technical systems where required for product, legal, operational, security, or business reasons.
Where practical and required, NediQR may provide notice of significant changes through website notices, account notices, email, or other appropriate channels.
20. Liability and Disclaimers
NediQR provides tools for QR code creation, management, hosting, redirection, analytics, and support workflows, but users remain responsible for their QR content, destinations, business use, printed materials, customer communications, and legal compliance.
NediQR is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user content, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, misuse of QR codes, unlawful destinations, third-party service failures, scanner device limitations, expired subscriptions, deleted QR codes, blocked QR codes, or unsupported use cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NediQR disclaims indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, consequential, loss-of-profit, loss-of-business, loss-of-goodwill, or loss-of-data damages arising from platform use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
21. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
NediQR may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate access to accounts, QR codes, uploaded files, hosted pages, or platform features where required for security, abuse prevention, payment failure, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or serious misuse.
Users may lose access to certain features if their subscription expires, payment fails, plan limits are exceeded, QR codes are deleted, or platform rules are violated.
Suspension or termination does not automatically remove payment obligations, invoice records, audit records, support records, abuse records, or other records that NediQR is required or permitted to retain.
Where allowed by platform rules, users may contact support to resolve access, payment, QR recovery, or policy-related issues.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts and competent forums located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to NediQR, these terms, platform use, payments, content, or related services.
Users should first contact NediQR support for operational concerns, billing concerns, QR restoration requests, privacy requests, or platform-related issues before escalating through formal dispute channels where appropriate.
23. Updates to These Terms
NediQR may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, pricing structure, plan rules, security controls, provider workflows, or business operations.
The latest version will be available on this page with the effective date and last updated date.
Continued use of NediQR after updated terms become effective may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by applicable law.
